Concept
The Breadfruit Tree, Vegan Eatery is a design based on picking a country, the countries popular food dish and creating a restaurant brand identity from it. I chose a Pacific Island called The Marshall Islands. The Islands are known for their agriculture, air base and Breadfruit. Breadfruit is one of the main mega foods of the Marshallese people, you can make anything out of it from savory to sweet. The Marshallese are influenced by American culture, Asian culture and Indian culture so the dishes are full of flavor and variety for everyone. Combining the versatility of this fruit and the Marshallese history the Breadfruit Tree, Vegan Eatery was born.
